First puzzle of the new year!

I finished it in just over a week. It has been quite some time since I’ve tackled a 1000 piece puzzle but the different squares made it easier than scenery would have been.

I got this at a garage sale last summer, so I was pleasantly surprised all the pieces were there. It was kind of silly, but a fun way to pass a few hours on some cold, snowy days.

Now I am anxious to start another. It’s quite an addicting hobby!

Donuts!

I finished this one the other day. It was a lot of fun but a little more challenging that I thought it would be, given that so many of the donuts have similar colors. But what a yummy way to spend a few hours 🙂

I didn’t remember that I’d done many puzzles this year, but looking back through my pics I see that I have done six. I love the whimsical scenes, especially this ‘Fifties kitchen.

My first puzzle of ’24 was done on New Year’s Day. A stack of books. How fitting!

I still have a stack of puzzles on the shelf in my closet, so we will see what kind of puzzle adventures the new year brings!
